1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Launchpad (“the Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree to all of these Terms, you may not access or use the Service. These Terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who access or use the Service.

By creating an account, you represent that you are at least 18 years of age and that all information you provide is accurate and complete. Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

2. Description of Service

Launchpad is a landing page builder designed specifically for coaches, consultants, and service professionals. The Service allows you to create, customize, and publish professional landing pages using a drag-and-drop editor, pre-designed content blocks, and customizable brand themes.

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time, with or without notice. We will make reasonable efforts to notify you of material changes that affect your use of the Service.

3. Accounts

When you create an account with Launchpad, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account or any other breach of security.

You may not use another person's account without permission. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or that have been inactive for an extended period, with reasonable notice where possible.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You may not use the Service to:

• Publish, distribute, or host any content that is illegal, harmful, threatening, abusive, defamatory, obscene, or otherwise objectionable.
• Send unsolicited communications, spam, or bulk messages through contact forms or any other feature of the Service.
• Impersonate any person or entity, or falsely state or misrepresent your affiliation with a person or entity.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service, other accounts, or any related systems or networks.
• Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Service or the data contained therein.
• Use the Service to distribute malware, phishing schemes, or any other malicious content.

We reserve the right to investigate and take appropriate action against anyone who violates this provision, including removing content and terminating accounts without notice.

5. Content Ownership

You retain all ownership rights to the content you create, upload, or publish through the Service, including text, images, logos, and any other materials (“Your Content”). Launchpad does not claim ownership over Your Content.

By using the Service, you grant Launchpad a limited, non-exclusive, worldwide license to host, display, and distribute Your Content solely for the purpose of operating and providing the Service. This license terminates when you delete Your Content or your account, except where Your Content has been shared with others and they have not deleted it.

All intellectual property rights in the Service itself, including its design, code, features, and branding, are and remain the property of Launchpad. These Terms do not grant you any rights to use Launchpad's trademarks, logos, or other brand features without prior written consent.

6. Payment & Billing

Launchpad offers a free tier with limited features as well as paid subscription plans. Paid plans are billed on a monthly basis and charged at the beginning of each billing cycle. All fees are quoted in US dollars unless otherwise stated.

You may upgrade, downgrade, or cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. If you upgrade, the new rate takes effect immediately and your billing will be prorated. If you downgrade, the change takes effect at the start of your next billing cycle.

If you cancel your subscription, you will retain access to paid features until the end of your current billing period. After that, your account will revert to the free tier. We do not provide refunds for partial billing periods unless required by applicable law.

We reserve the right to change our pricing with at least 30 days' notice. Price changes will not apply retroactively and will take effect at the start of your next billing cycle following the notice period.

7. Termination

Either party may terminate this agreement at any time. You may terminate your account by contacting us or using the account deletion option in your settings. We may terminate or suspend your access to the Service immediately, without prior notice, if you breach these Terms.

Upon termination, your published pages will be taken offline and will no longer be accessible to visitors. We will retain your data for a reasonable period to allow you to export your content. After that period, we may permanently delete your account data in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

All provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination shall survive, including, without limitation, ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, indemnity, and limitations of liability.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Launchpad and its officers, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of (or inability to access or use) the Service.

In no event shall Launchpad's total aggregate liability exceed the amount you have paid to Launchpad in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim, or one hundred US dollars ($100), whichever is greater.

The Service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.

9. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. When we make material changes, we will notify you by email or by posting a prominent notice on the Service at least 30 days before the changes take effect.

Your continued use of the Service after the effective date of the revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of the changes. If you do not agree to the updated Terms, you must stop using the Service and close your account.

We encourage you to review these Terms periodically to stay informed about our terms and conditions. The “Last updated” date at the top of this page indicates when the Terms were last revised.
