1. Introduction

This Privacy Policy explains how Launchpad ("we", "us", or "our") collects, uses, stores, and protects your personal information when you use our website and page-building platform (the "Service"). By using Launchpad, you agree to the collection and use of information in accordance with this policy.

This policy applies to all users of the Service, including coaches, consultants, and visitors to pages built with Launchpad.

2. Information We Collect

We collect the following types of information:

  • Account information — When you sign up, we collect your name and email address to create and manage your account.
  • Page content — Any text, images, and configuration data you add to your landing pages is stored as part of the Service.
  • Usage data — We automatically collect information about how you interact with the Service, including pages visited, features used, browser type, and device information.
  • Contact form submissions — When visitors submit a contact form on a page you’ve built, we store the submission data (name, email, message) on your behalf.
  • Payment information — If you subscribe to a paid plan, payment details are collected and processed securely by Stripe. We do not store your full credit card number.

3. How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect for the following purposes:

  • Provide, operate, and maintain the Service, including hosting your published pages and delivering contact form submissions.
  • Communicate with you about your account, updates to the Service, and respond to support requests.
  • Improve and develop the product by analyzing usage patterns and feedback to build better features.
  • Process payments and manage your subscription through our payment provider.
  • Ensure security and prevent fraud or abuse of the Service.

4. Data Storage & Security

Your data is hosted on industry-standard infrastructure. Our database is managed by Supabase, and our application is deployed on Vercel. Both providers maintain SOC 2 compliance and employ encryption at rest and in transit.

We implement reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your personal information against unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction. However, no method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

5. Third-Party Services

We rely on the following third-party services to operate Launchpad. Each has its own privacy policy governing the use of your information:

  • Supabase — Database hosting and authentication services.
  • Vercel — Application hosting, deployment, and edge network.
  • Stripe — Payment processing for subscription plans.

We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties for their marketing purposes.

6. Cookies

Launchpad uses a minimal number of cookies, limited to what is strictly necessary to operate the Service. Specifically, we use session cookies to keep you authenticated after you log in.

We do not use advertising cookies, tracking pixels, or third-party analytics cookies. You can manage cookies through your browser settings, though disabling session cookies may prevent you from using the Service.

7. Your Rights

You have the following rights regarding your personal data:

  • Access — You can request a copy of the personal data we hold about you at any time.
  • Deletion — You can request that we delete your account and all associated data. This action is permanent and cannot be undone.
  • Export — You can request an export of your data in a portable format.
  • Correction — You can update your account information at any time through your account settings.

To exercise any of these rights, please contact us at support@launchpad.com. We will respond to your request within 30 days.

8. Data Retention

We retain your personal information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide you with the Service. If you delete your account, we will remove your personal data and page content from our systems within 30 days, except where we are required to retain it for legal or compliance purposes.

Contact form submissions are retained until you delete them from your dashboard or close your account.

9. Children’s Privacy

Launchpad is not designed for or directed at children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If we become aware that we have collected personal data from a child under 13, we will take steps to delete that information promptly.
